Use the keyboard
This page is for devices with a physical keyboard.
What the keys do depends on your keyboard. On most of them:
- Shift: Hold it for a capital letter.
- Alt: Enters the numbers and symbols printed on the keys (learn how).
- Sym: Enters a second set of characters, if your keyboard has it.
- Enter: Starts a new line, or accepts what you entered.
In Card view, just start typing to open Just Type.
To use the onscreen keyboard as well, open the system menu and tap Show On-screen Keyboard.
Checked against the LuneOS code and installed apps. Nobody has tried these steps by hand yet, so tell us if something differs.
