Take a picture

This page is for devices with a camera.

  1. Open Camera.
  2. If the camera is set to video, tap the photo/video switch at the end of the control bar.
  3. Tap the screen where you want the camera to focus. Pinch to zoom.
  4. To change the flash, tap the flash button next to the shutter. Each tap moves to the next setting: automatic, on, off. The button appears only if the camera has a flash.
  5. Tap the shutter button.

Other buttons on the screen switch cameras and open Camera Preferences, where you find the self-timer, picture quality, grid and more. Camera also reads QR codes and barcodes. Pictures are saved in Photo roll.

Checked against the LuneOS code and installed apps. Nobody has tried these steps by hand yet, so tell us if something differs.
