Add a comment to a picture in an online account

1. Open Photos & Videos.
2. Tap an album from a cloud account > tap a picture.
3. If the bar at the top of the screen is hidden, tap the picture.
4. Tap the Comments button. It appears only where the account has comments.
5. Tap Tap here to add comment, enter your comment, and press Enter.
6. Tap the Comments button again to close the panel.

Videos have no comments.
