Choose a mobile network manually
This page is for devices with calls and mobile data.
Your device normally picks a mobile network by itself. Carrier shows the current Operator, Technology, Strength, and Status.
- Open Network Settings.
- Under Carrier, turn off Automatic selection.
- Under Choose a Network, wait for the search to finish.
- Tap a network. You can't choose one marked Forbidden. To search again, tap Rescan.
To pick another network later: Tap Search networks....
To go back: Turn on Automatic selection.
Checked against the LuneOS code and installed apps. Nobody has tried these steps by hand yet, so tell us if something differs.
