Change the display language

  1. Open Regional Settings.
  2. Under Language, tap Language > tap the new language. If you are asked for a country, tap it.
  3. Tap Apply Changes and Restart > Apply and Restart. To save the change without restarting, tap Apply Only. The change doesn't take effect everywhere until your device restarts.

Checked against the LuneOS code and installed apps. Nobody has tried these steps by hand yet, so tell us if something differs.
