Turn my caller ID on/off
This page is for devices with calls and mobile data.
Open Phone > Menu (upper left) > Phone Preferences > under Calls, turn Show My Caller ID on or off.
Check with your wireless service provider about availability and pricing of the caller ID feature. This setting does not affect whether your device displays the caller ID for an incoming call.

Checked against the LuneOS code and installed apps. Nobody has tried these steps by hand yet, so tell us if something differs.
