Give a memo a title

1. Open Memos > tap the memo.
2. Tap Title..., or the current title, at the top of the memo and enter a title.

The title appears in the memo list. If you search for a memo, Memos looks in titles as well as text. If you email a memo, its title becomes the subject.

If you don't enter a title, or clear it, Memos uses the start of the memo's text and updates it as you type. A memo with no text and no title appears as Untitled memo.
